Prayers and big hugs to our friends who are like family! We will never forget the open arms that he extended to us when we moved to Beaumont and then the confindence to open his pulpit to a young man feeling the call to preach! We will always be grateful for the role he played in our ministry! Bro. Treece was always so good to us and was a wonderful pastor the 2 years we lived in Beaumont!

Brother Bill was one of the nicest men I have ever known. I will never forget that he called me "high pockets" ❤

A truly great man who influenced his generation and family in a great way. Ministry and family was his heartbeat . A man of many interest , he was a hunter, artist, contractor of church building, played guitar and banjo, stone mason, and singer. A most diverse of interest and an avid reader and researcher of Bible subject matter and scripture. A parlor and leader of men and a minister of the Gospel. A true Renaissance man to be admired and cherish and cherish him we did. We will never forget you with your humor, love, whistle and pure spirit. Not once did I hear you speak a bad report of one saint, only hope concern and love. A true Christian in every sense of the word. Your family will miss you but who are we to stand in your way.... off to your reward on angels wings.

Oh my, where do I ever begin? The Treece family has been long time friends and its hard to wrap my mind around the fact that this precious man is no longer with us, yet he's where he hoped for, preached about, lived for and he's now he's with our Lord and Savior. I've had the privilege to be in their home on many, many occasions and they always rolled out the "red carpet" for our family. Bro Treece loved to share his collection of huge real to real movies that were dear to his heart. We spent hours watching them and had such fun. A few years back he really wanted to go hunting just "one last time" as he stated. My husband invited June and Danny to bring him to the ranch to grant him that wish. He was beyond thrilled at the opportunity. He killed I believe two bucks, and I'm telling you, you could not have wiped the smile off of his face had you tried....He was so excited and spoke about that hunt for a very long time according to June. I'm so happy we were able to make that happen for him and also the great time we had in those few days. He was a man of great integrity, had a passion for winning souls and went far beyond his call of duty to help those that were hurting or needed something, whether he knew them well or not. I know there will be a HUGE VOID to so many, but especially his family. Just know, we are praying for all of you and pray God gives you peace and comfort as only he can. I pray you feel his arms holding you during this time. George and I love you all.....hugs....Big Hugs..... Pam and George Sheehan
