Worked with Robert for many years on the Semi-Sub Atwood Hunter, and always enjoyed hanging out in the Subsea shop learning from the guys that had so much more experience than I had. They taught me so much, and Robert was not a man of many words, but he and I enjoyed our coffee and talks when I could get around for a visit. I am forever grateful for knowing Mr. Evers and hope one day maybe I can have a cup of coffee and a chat in with him in Heaven. RIP sir.
