Roger Haire

Roger Dale Haire, 69, of Kountze, died Tuesday, October 6, 2020. He was born on April 29, 1951, in Lafayette, Louisiana, to Dorothy Mae Fontenot Haire and Emory Lee Haire, Jr.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-six years, Robin Haire of Kountze; children, Michael Perry, Jr., and his wife, Pascha, of Davison, Michigan; and Christopher Perry and Andrea Kirkland,  of Goodrich, Michigan; grandchildren, Angel Roberts and her husband, Stewart, of Kountze; Tyler Perry and his girlfriend, Erin Boyer, of Burton Michigan; Roger Thomas Haire of Beaumont; Marley Perry of Goodrich; great-grandchildren, Logan Roberts, Eralynn Roberts, both of Kountze; and Brynlee Perry of Burton, Michigan; sisters, Terri Hottum and her boyfriend, John Kitchen, of Byron Michigan; Maudie Spitznas and her husband, Tim, of White Lake, Michigan; and Sherry Caldwell and her husband, R.C., of Topinabee, Michigan; brother, Richie Wright of Pensacola, Florida; daughter-in-law, Sherry Blincoe of Beaumont; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Roger is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Christopher Haire and Richard Haire; sisters, Carol Powell and Frances Lowe; and brother, Jimmy Haire. 

A gathering of Mr. Haire’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 11, 2020, at Broussard’s. His committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
