I had the pleasure of working with Steve at the Water Department. I am a native Californian raised in Garden Grove and Steve had lived in the same city although our paths never crossed there until we both worked for the City of Beaumont. Steve was very layed back and quick witted. He was a good worker and loved his family. My prayers and condolences to his family. RIP Steve. ~ Karen Norwood
