Terry was an amazing person! She never met a stranger and her smile was magical! I was blessed and thankful to call her a FRIEND!! Psalm 23 "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want . He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff they comfort me. RIP, Terry

Terry was my wife's cousin. I've only met her (at least twice, I believe) and whenever she comes to mind, I always see that ever-present smile. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Terry's family and good friends.

She will always be remembered for her infectious laughter, genuiness, and concern for all of her students. Working with her at Austin Middle was a pleasure. She said what she meant, and meant what she said. Something both of us had in common. My husband had the pleasure of working with her at WB. He too, have many great memories of her. Though we were never in New Orleans at the same time, she always enjoyed reminiscing about the French Quaters and delicious food. Your loss is Heavens gain. Our prayers and thoughts remain with each of you. Wilson &Linda (Kemp) Porter
