It is difficult to express how I feel about loosing one of the best friends I have had for almost as long as I can remember. I swear sometimes I think I can hear his infectious laugh and think that in his oddball sense of humor that this is all some sort of a joke just so I'd come to Beaumont to visit him. Oh, if it were only true.....boogey Threadgill!

My sincere condolences to the family at this difficult time. May you all seek God for comfort, peace, strength and support (2 Cor 1:3).

Tommy THT Threadgill.... You have always touched my life. I met Tommy in Utah and we became close friends and got an apartment together.... Where do I begin to write this story?? Tommy and I would bounce all over. We played some really mean games of pool with some high value. and we would study a pool table like a chessboard... THT always shined best around neon lights or on a golf course. The man loved outdoors. I'll never forget the infectious laugh he had.... After he moved back to Houston, He'd always call me and wake me up in the middle of the night and we'd laugh and yell loud and trade insults. Best friends are hard to find and I've never known a friend like him. It saddens me to have lost my "brother from another mother" (as Tommy would say) Since his passing, I have prayed that Tommy will have the ability to watch over me. I hope he takes me up on that offer. Rest easy Tommy.... THT Threadgill lives forever. I love you very much.

To the Family: May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who are “sleeping in death” God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. Psalms 116:15.
