Tiffany Nicole Trahan Miller

April 15, 1973 - June 26, 2021

Tiffany Nicole Trahan Miller, 48, of Houston, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 26, 2021.  She was born April 15, 1973, in Port Arthur, to Janice and Michael A. Trahan.  With her initials TNT, she was given the name dynamite by her pediatrician.  She loved her family and was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, and aunt.

Tiffany was salutatorian for the graduating class at San Antonio Christian School.  She graduated from Lamar University with an accounting degree.  Tiffany was a sister of the Lamar University chapter of Alpha Chi Omega.

After Tiffany met Brad at Lamar University, they both started their accounting careers and life together in Houston.  Tiffany loved spending time with her family and enjoyed time with them at the pool parties and beach.  She insisted on being the chief golf cart driver at the beach.  Tiffany cherished time with her mother each year searching out the most beautiful bluebonnets and time with her father through long talks and time together.  She constantly reached out to her siblings with phone calls and family events.

Tiffany and Brad loved to travel to the west and northwest, enjoying many vacations to California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. The mountains were her escape and where she wanted to be. The grand views, the flowers, the snow, and the waterfalls really made her feel closer to God. Tiffany and Brad also loved to take trips out to West Texas to the Hill Country, especially to stay in bed and breakfasts in and around Fredericksburg. She and Brad enjoyed the hill country so much that they just recently purchased property near Bandera.  Sitting around a fire and enjoying the outdoors was something that Tiffany really enjoyed.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-two years, Brad Miller; parents, Janice Eloise Townsend Trahan and Michael A. Trahan; siblings, Wendy Salinas and her husband, Chris, of Dallas, and their children, Scarlett and Asher Salinas; Misty Hogan, of Victoria, and her children, Cayden, Chase and MacKenzie Hogan; and Michael Trahan and his wife, Kaitlyn, of Dallas, and their children, Julia, Claire and Hazel Trahan; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Linda and Fred Miller, of Silsbee; sister-in-law, Amy Hill and her husband, Joe, of Silsbee; and their children, Matthew Conner and his wife, Kayla; Jacob Conner and his wife, Haley; and Kyle Hill and his wife, Courtney.

A gathering of Mrs. Miller’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m., Friday, July 2, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee, with her interment to follow at Knupple Cemetery, Silsbee.
