Vivian Walker McBride

Vivian Walker McBride, 92, of Beaumont, died Monday, November 25, 2019, at Lenrose Place, Beaumont. She was born on November 14, 1927, to Ellen Hayes Walker and Ralph Cecil Walker, in Hayes, Louisiana.

Survivors include her daughter, Vickey Gaulding and her husband, John, of Winnie; son, Ralph McBride and his wife, Cynthia, of Orange; daughters, Mary Ellen Robertson and her husband, Denny, of Beaumont and Ann McLemore and her husband, Steve, Round Rock; grandchildren, John Alan Gaulding, Christopher Gaulding, Carissa Williams, Kyle McBride, Annie Robertson LeBlanc, Erin Reho Pelias, Jody Reho, Suzann McLemore-Soto, Vickey Caccavo, Steven McLemore, and Lisa Bernstein; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, Reverend Ernest Walker of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and sister, Florence Becker of Lancaster, California.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Vandra McBride.

A gathering of Mrs. McBride’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 1, 2019, at First United Methodist Church, 1708 Highway 124, Winnie, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
