I rented a home in Nederland from Mrs Douglas for 17 years; she was such a special lady, She always kept all repairs done on the home and never once went up on the rent during the whole time I rented from her; I told her how much I appreciated her and that she helped me and my daughter tremendously over those years. I will never forget her, may she rest in peace.
