Yvonne Nicholson

Yvonne Nicholson, 79, of Nederland, died Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was born June 17, 1940, in Port Neches, to Vivian Williams Osborne and Harold K. Osborne.

Yvonne enjoyed bowling, antiquing, and gardening. She especially enjoyed listening to 60’s music. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-four years, Fred Nicholson, of Nederland; sons, Craig Corley and his wife, Janie , of Kirbyville and Gregg Nicholson and his wife, Kim, of Port Neches; grandchildren, Britney Morrison and her husband, Justin, of Lumberton; Brandon Corley and his wife, Sarah, of Nederland; Tad Smith and his wife, Lindsay, of Montgomery; Gunnar Nicholson and his wife, Jade, of Groves; and Colt Nicholson, of Port Neches; and; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Tucker, and Tyler Morrison; Riley Smith; and Brooks Nicholson; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and H.K. Osborne; brothers, Harold, Bill, Melvin, Ralph, and Fred Osborne; and sister, Betty LeBlue.

A private family committal for Mrs. Nicholson will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
