Ace Alan Benson
Ace Alan Benson was born on February 26, 2026, in Houston, to Ashley Michelle and Brett Alan Benson. He went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
His Daddy and Mama will always remember the feeling of immense joy and love that he gave them. From his little hands holding their fingers to his long feet always kicking around. He will never be forgotten.
1 Samuel 1:27-28 “I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the Lord. For his whole life he will be given over to the Lord. And he worshiped the Lord there.”
Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Denise Alexander and her significant other, Michael Bennett and Randall and Tracey Gillespie; aunts, Tara Cook and her husband, Derek and Lindsey King and her husband, Zachary; cousin, Thad Alan Cook; great-grandmother, Shirley Benson; great-grandfather, Milton Alexander; and numerous other extended family and friends.
Ace is preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas “T.A.” Alan Benson; great-grandparents, Carolyn Alexander, Tommy Gene Benson, Elbert and Billie Ann Gillespie; and Ronald and Sandra Reeves.

A graveside service for Ace will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2026, at China Cemetery, Beniot Road, China, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

We do not know each other yet we are closely related. By the sweet silence the bitter time. The acknowledged anger and the frustration for later. The make your heart feel anything except what it does moments that may sneak in and maybe lay lower than you’d want. Time becomes slow and maybe a breath isn’t as painful like the day before slowly but, surely healing. May the future days months even years bring healing to you your family friends and loved ones.
