Allen Dale Crook

Allen Dale Crook, 73, of Silsbee, died Monday, March 31, 2025. He was born on November 26, 1951, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Charlotte Louise Ray Crook and Donald Loy Crook.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne Crook; children, Angela Bayless and her husband, Ronnie, of Silsbee; Jason Crook and his wife, Katie, of Corpus Christi; Donna Doiron of Silsbee; Crystal Hughes and her husband, Jarrod, of Silsbee; and Christopher Crook and his wife, Samantha, of Silsbee; grandchildren, Jacob Bayless, Noah Bayless and his wife, Alannah, Matthew Bayless, Alyssa Crook, Alyzabeth Crook, Jarret Doiron, Tyler Doiron, Brendon Hughes, Kallen Hughes, Audrey Hughes, Weston Hughes, Corbyn Crook, Steven Crook, and Kyson Crook; great-grandson, Logan Bayless; and sister, Mary Ellen England of Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Betty Passmore, Kenneth Crook, Gordon Crook, Patricia Land, and Donna Sue Blakely.

A gathering of Allen’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Hardin Memorial Park, Silsbee.

The family would like to give special thanks to Katie Craigen, Emily Stutts Graham, and Theresa Lane for all the love and care given to Allen.

    My condolences to the Crook family. I worked with Allen for a little over 25 years and enjoyed every moment. Allen was a very smart operator and very well liked. He will be missed.
