Angie Barranco Tarrer
Angie Barranco Tarrer, 96, of Beaumont, died Saturday, September 4, 2021. She was born on August 14, 1925, in Beaumont, to Salvadore and Venera Barranco. Angie was a member and volunteer at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Angie and her husband of fifty-four years, Ray Tarrer, enjoyed traveling in their motorhome to Colorado and as far away as Alaska. “Maw Maw”, as she was called, loved playing Mexican Train and Skip Bo with her friends and grandkids and the many phone conversations with her best friend of over fifty-five years, Rose Coe.
With her passing there is a major hole in all our hearts. The space will never be completely refilled. We are all better people for knowing such an endearing woman, and she will be forever loved and missed.
Our family would like to give a special thank you to Joyce Mitchell for the many years caring for Angie with love and compassion. Mom truly loved you like a daughter!

This is a family that is not hard to forget. Known Raye and Ange when we were kids not even in school. Raye had the shop on College and since my daddy was in racing, a lot of time was spent there. So happy to congratulate this family on a wonderful mother and daddy who loved them dearly. You have been blessed and you should have precious memories. God bless each of you.
I am so sorry to hear of Angie’s passing. She really did light up a room and always seemed very happy to see you. She and my grandmother, Josephine Fertitta Giardina were cousins and close so many years ago. Angie will be looking over all her family from her place in heaven.
So sorry for your loss. Prayers for your family. May the love of the Lord surround you.
RIP our beautiful Angie… Such a precious woman, inside and out. We find comfort in knowing you are with your loved ones.. All day Ed has shared his Ray and Angie stories… lots of them.. Prayers to you children and your families…
Richard, Joey, Gina, and family, I send you my deepest condolences. Aunt Angie could really light up a room. I always felt so much joy when in her company. She was so amazing. I am so sorry for your loss; and, I am praying that you can find comfort from the memories of the wonderful life that she shared with you.
Angie grew up with my older sisters and was always a part of my life and my family’s. She was always smiling and ready to take the time to visit or to help with anything. A beautiful person God has already welcomed into His arms.
