Anita Louise Luquette

December 26, 1935 - February 26, 2022

Anita Louise Luquette, 86, of Bevil Oaks, died Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Yaya House, Beaumont. She was born on December 26, 1935. She graduated from French High School in 1954 and worked as a secretary for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Luquette and brother, Wayne Abshire of Colorado.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Gwen Hanks; her grandparents who raised her; and her mother.

Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
