I never knew Brother Sappington to not have a smile on his face. An infectious, room consuming smile. Always kind. Always down for some small talk after church. You will be missed my brother. Go rest high on that mountain. You’ve left behind an incredible legacy.
A true nice person full of love for his family and especially the grand babies

Oh, how our family will miss Billy. He shall always be my brother-in-law. I’ve never met someone so kind and with such unfailing patience as Billy. He always carried a smile even during his pain. You could definitely count on his prayers. He lived his life humbly before the Lord. We are all lost without him here. We are blessed he chose us as family. We pray for strength and healing peace for our family as well as for all the souls that he touched.
Billy was our UPS delivery man, in Nome, for a few years!! He was always ready to talk gardening with my husband. And was so nice, all the time. I’m so sorry to see of him passing away. RIP Billy🙏🙏🙏.
What a dear saint of God. I was never in Billy’s presence that he didn’t have a smile and a kind word. I have hated all he has had to go through these past years but he is at rest and his journey is complete. Praying for all his family that has stood by him through this hard season. May God’s peace and comfort rest on all his family!
