Mrs. Horka, and family, I just want you all to know how much Bo and Pam touched my family’s life. Bo was such a bulldog and a warrior for us. I will never forget the compassion, the tears he shed, the hard work, and oh my goodness, the friendship that we felt. Rest easy, sweet man, I will never forget you! Praying for your amazing wife, and and no doubt, a wonderful family. Hugs to all.

I worked for Bo in the District Attorney’s Office in the 80’s. He was the best prosecutor ever! I so enjoyed working for him. Bo was super smart and he had a sense about the cases he tried. When he had a case he was so focused on getting a conviction!! There will never be another Bo Horka. I loved him dearly. He was good to me . Praying for his family. RIP my friend!

Pam, We were so saddened when we received word of Bo's passing. It was our blessing to know him and our pleasure to work with him. How his smile could light a room and how fiercely he could fight for a client. His picture hangs in my office and brings back so many memories. How glad I am that we all had that time together September past. May you feel the strong arms of the Lord around you to comfort you in this time of loss and sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and the family. Tom and Liz Hanna

Bo was the best of the best. As a young police officer, he taught me a great deal. It was a pleasure to sit with him for hours on end preparing for a case to go to trial. My very first murder that I worked, he was instrumental in bringing it to justice. Pam was a comfort as she came and hang out with me during that trial. The Lisa Wilber trial was the most remarkable piece of work I had ever seen. Once again, he was the very best. Rest in heaven my friend. I’ll never forget you.
