Bob Hay

Bob Hay, 91, of Port Arthur, died Monday, October 24, 2022, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. He was born June 12, 1931, in Montreal, Canada, to Louise Ruffet Hay and George Bertram Hay.

Survivors include his children, Rick Hay and wife, Claudia, of Springfield, Ohio; Mark Hay and wife, Paige, of Carrollton, Ohio; and Cindy Torrans and husband, Allen, of Nederland; grandchildren, Eric Ziegler and wife, Shelly, of Humble; Jessica Torrans of Ammon, Idaho; and Dakota Moss and husband, Matt, of Ohio; and great-grandchildren, Kaden and Alexis Ziegler, Avery and Penny Brizzee, and Emersyn Moss.

He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Dolores Olive Babcock Hay.

Cremation arrangements for Mr. Hay will be handled through Broussard’s, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland.
