Bobbie Joyce Ruggles

Bobbie Joyce Ruggles, 70, of Kirbyville, died Friday, January 29, 2021.  She was born on October 28, 1950, in Beaumont, to Annie Lee Greenwood McLanathan and Robert Green McLanathan.

Survivors include her husband, Sammy Ruggles; children, Crissy Gentry and her husband, Carl, of Springville, Utah; Ray Ruggles and his wife, Lacy, of Saratoga Springs, Utah; and Billy Ruggles of Silsbee; grandchildren, Catelyn Gentry; Caleb Gentry and his wife, Celine; Cuyler Gentry; Cara Gentry; Tray Ruggles and his wife, Azriel; Rylee Ruggles; and Triston Ruggles; three great-grandchildren; and twin sister, Brenda Loyce Vaughn and her husband, Owen Vaughn, Jr., of Kountze.  She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Dan McInnis, Jr., William “Poodle” McInnis, Jennie V Hicks, and Milton McInnis.

A gathering of Mrs. Ruggles’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 8622 West FM 418, Silsbee, with her interment to follow at Turner Branch Cemetery, Spurger.
