Bonnie Lea Self, 71, of Winnie, died Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. She was born February 9, 1953, in Houston, to Mildred and Henry Arrant.
Survivors include her son, Donnie Self and wife, Lacey; brother, Henry Brown; sisters, Tabitha Stark and Carla Cofty; grandchildren, Hallie Dunlap and husband, Rob; Falon Mitchell and husband, Lane; C.J. Self; and Morgan Self; great-grandchildren, Olivia Mitchell and Rayleigh Mitchell; and lifelong best friend, Linda Brist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Henry Arrant, and husband, Donald Self.
Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
Oh Bonnie how I will miss you. All the fun times, your quick wit, and all silly goofy times. Love you and miss already. Sue

Bonnie was a lovely lady who loved her family, her church family, friends, and most of all the Lord. Praying for all of you for the comfort and peace that only Our Lord can give. Bonnie.fought the good fight for many years and was so dedicated to serving, especially the children who attended Vacation Bible School every year. She was the craft lady and so creative. Bonnie will be greatly missed.
