Brandon Michael Kotz

July 8, 1977 - January 4, 2025

Brandon Michael Kotz, 47, of Sour Lake, died Saturday, January 4, 2025. He was born on July 8, 1977.

Brandon served in the United States Marine Corps. Brandon enjoyed his time at the beach because of the joy and peace it brought him. It was his happy place.  Brandon was always happy to help others. Brandon was the lead pest control technician at GuardTech and performed many other duties, including wildlife rehabilitation which he dearly loved.

Survivors include family, friends, and numerous pets and fur babies who loved him dearly.

A gathering of Mr. Kotz’s family and friends will begin 12:00 p.m. with his funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.

    I truly liked Brandon he was the best of friends to my son Jonathan Majors they worked together for a long time and it was such a shock to hear of his passing he will truly be missed may God be with his family in this difficult time and give them the comfort and strength to help them get through.
