Brian Keith Miller
Brian Keith Miller, 51, of Beaumont, died Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Christus Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on March 14, 1970, to Sandra Brady Miller and Ben Allen Miller, in El Paso. Brian was a very loving man with a big heart that would do anything for anyone. Brian was always making jokes and teasing someone. He was lovingly thought of as a big goofball by his friends and family. Brian was a member of the YMBL, and a manager in Western Wear retail for 20 + years, at Cavender’s and most recently as the GM for the Horseman store in Orange.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Miller; children, Elizabeth Skibby; Joell Pruitt and her husband, Justin; Morgan Schexneider and her husband, Scotty; Tiffanie Trevino and her husband, Chris; Jordan Rieger; and Michaela Rieger; grandson, Stacy Pruitt and future granddaughter, Abigail Stacie Trevino; siblings, Mark Allen Miller, Sherri Miller Jean, and Denise Miller Trumbull; “Auntie L” Lydia Miller Messer; in-laws, Lloyd and Darlene Stockton and Barbara Rieger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ben Allen Miller.
A gathering of Mr. Miller’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2021, at Crestwood Baptist Church, 1150 Highway 69, Kountze. His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to an organization of one’s choice.

Brian was a good friend and fellow football player growing up in EL Paso. His dad and my dad would travel together to watch us play. We had the best boots Miller Boot Company. He will be missed glad to hear in his adulthood he was still funny and a character. RIP my brother.
Im so sorry to hear about Mr. Brian, your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I only got to work with Brian a few times at our Gonzales Store, I could tell he was going to be a lot of fun to work with . He will be missed.
Brian, you touched so many lives in southeast Texas. You came to Beaumont 20 years ago and made it your home! When we opened Cavender’s together we quickly became friends. Over the years you’ve been more like a big brother (even though I’m older…and you didn’t let me forget it)!!! My children adored you! And I know you thought a lot of them too. I will miss your big bear hugs, your silly personality and your heart of gold ❤️ I’m glad to have known you Brian Miller!! We will see you again someday ❤️❤️

Please accept my deepest condolences for your family’s loss. My heart aches to hear of Brian’s passing. I will never forget asking him about the alligator trophy in his office- he popped his feet on his desk, pointed to his (alligator-skinned) boots, and smiled the biggest smile. Brian had the biggest heart- just one example of this is how he sometimes hired people from a local half-way house. In 2013 I was one of the people he gave a chance to. My gratitude for this is indescribable- he gave me the skills to build a career by teaching me to how to sell, and was directly responsible for helping me develop personally and professionally. More than anything, I pray for God’s comfort to wrap around you during your grief.

As GM at Cavendar’s, he allowed the Blue Santa Toy Run to start there on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. He would let us invade his place and would accommodate anything we needed. He will be sorely missed. Our committee is praying for the family. Brian you will never be forgotten and save us a seat in heaven.
I will miss Brian very much at Cavenders we shared some fun times and some time we had our disagreements, But deep down Brian ness only trying to make me a better person he did not deserve what happened, my hart is hurting because even though threw all the years we had together at Cavenders I thought of Brian as a Brother not my boss may you RIP Brian I’m so sorry for the Miller family for your lost may you find peace in our Heavenly Father during this difficult time, Brain to me Cavenders 41 will always be Brian Millers 41 you made it what it is as I am shaping hats or talking to some one about boots i will be thinking of you my friend until we get to see you again on the other side your friend Cecil
