Great Uncle carl was and is one of my roll models.
from the times we would sit on his porch and him teaching me how to smoke pipes and tell me stories, to enjoying aunt Ann’s world famous gumbo. he was the best uncle anyone could ask for, he taught me a lot about being a man and to enjoy life for what it is. he’ll always have a very special place in my heart, it hurts that he’s gone but i know he’s up there waiting for us with his brothers and everyone else, pipe in hand and a big smile on his face.

    Charlotte Zoch says:

Jo Carol…so sorry for your loss.. So many fond memories at the Perricone home growing up. I thought it was so cool to have all those brothers and sisters. That is where I learned about “very sweet” coffee milk, and I learned to you could eat left over spaghetti noodles and with butter and parmesan cheese…didn’t need the sauce.. Good times!! Ya’ll hang onto good times and memories, I know you have many!!!

    Emily M Wickler says:

We will always love you Uncle Carl ❤️
You stepped up for so many of us kids as our parents passed away so early. I have really wonderful memories from when we were young playing at our house or yours.
Thank you for loving us all and simply being you ❤️!
    We love you all,
    Emily and Marena

    What a wonderful human being!
Cousin Carl had been on my mind the past few days, & then I learned Tuesday of his passing.
He helped me/us in so many ways, including watching over Mom & Dad’s house when they were ill & with me in Central Texas. He was protective and loving. I’d bring cookies (when he & Ann were still on Quad Ln) during my countless trips to Bmt, and we’d visit briefly but with laughter & great affection.
Rest in sweet peace, dear cugino.
And I pray Carl’s children (cousins I haven’t seen in forever) & Cousin Ann find solace in each other and in rich, colorful memories of him.

    Lana Jo Cannon says:

Words cannot express the love of my Uncle Carl! He was so full of love and admiration…. His love for family is something I will always cherish! The VH tapes and photos were treasures that he loved to share…. and the stories behind them! I will miss the scent of his cigars, and the smile that outshines when you walk into the room. He was a Hero…. He is a Saint, and I will forever cherish the moments he shared with me!
Ann, I know this is a difficult time, but you are incredibly blessed and fully supportive by so many! Including me

Go Fly High Uncle Carl…. Give Daddy a Big Hug! This isn’t Goodbye, but I will see you on the other side!
    Always, Lana Jo….. “JoJo”

As great as this loss is, heavens gain is monumental. There is no greater testament to the character of a man than the devotion of his children which is and has been evident. It was a pleasure kind sir to have counted you as family and enjoyed your warm smile and welcoming wave from the cottage porch. May God’s love envelope Anne, Cheri, Brady and Riley as they miss your daily presence yet rest assured it is only temporary for you have surely attained your promotion to our heavenly home.

    Nancy Stelly Gonzalez says:

Many great memories on Quad Lane/Shelley Dr. Memories that will never be forgotten. Mr. Carl was definitely the “gate keeper” of Quad Ln. My parents always felt protected knowing Carl was right behind them keeping a watchful eye over the neighborhood.
    Prayers to the entire family.

    Wadine Poche Carlson says:

    Ann, Theresa & Joyce,
My heart goes out to all of your families. I loved living next door to the quads before any of them had married. They made me feel like the little sister they never got to know. Mama Perricone, I loved her too but I was scared of Poppa. God has taken Carl but we all have sweet memories of him. Glad I was able to visit in Newton. All of you are in my prayers. God bless, may he RIP.
