Carolyn Bryant Boykin

Carolyn Bryant Boykin, 91, of Beaumont died Wednesday, November 20, 2024. She was born on October 4, 1933, in Beaumont to Ernestine Connor and Thomas Amon Bryant.

Carolyn graduated from Lamar University in 1953 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and went on to receive her MBA. Carolyn worked at Sun Oil Company and Terminal Oil Company as an accountant. She later worked for Texas Bank as an accounting clerk.

Survivors include her daughters, Connie Simpson of Summit, Mississippi, and Kathy Parsons McEwen of Hillsboro, Texas; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Carolyn in preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lindsey Boykin.

Cremation arrangements for Mrs. Boykin were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
