Charlene Elaine Moyers

Charlene Elaine Moyers, 80, of Beaumont, died Monday, August 5, 2024. She was born on March 19, 1944, in Valley City, North Dakota, to Richardis Wollersheim Bommer and Richard Bommer.

Survivors include her sons, Mike Moyers and his partner Deborah Schaan, Kevin Moyers and his wife Judy C. Moyers; her grandchildren, Morgan Moyers, Kimber Moyers, and Kaylee Moyers; sisters, Mary Salberg, Shirley Stagner, Linda Webb; Connie Ruhlman and her brothers, Jimmy Wlaschin and Bobby Wlaschin.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Gloria.

Charlene attended Scottsbluff Highschool in Nebraska and graduated in 1962. She then married not too long after and had two sons. She then moved to Texas in 1978 and settled down with her family, where they remained until her death. She was an amazing mother, friend, businesswoman and person. She had a soft heart for her family and love for animals. She was an avid reader and loved to travel with her family and loved scary movies. She was an amazing woman. She will be loved and missed by anyone who knows her. She was always there for all of us.

Ms. Moyer’s cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
