Charles “Chuck” Warren Brocato, Jr
Charles “Chuck” Warren Brocato, Jr., 68, of Kountze, died Saturday, November 1, 2025. He was born on September 19, 1957, in Beaumont, to Lawanda Devon Taylor Brocato and Charles Warren Brocato, Sr.
Chuck was born and raised in Southeast Texas. He graduated from Forest Park High School, where he made many lifelong friends. He went on to attend electrical apprenticeship school at night while working for Allied Electric. Chuck eventually took over his father’s vending business, Tri-Cities Vending, which became the line of work he was most known for.
Chuck married Pamela Crowell in 1981 and together they had three wonderful children: Rachel, Trey, and Nicholas. Chuck always loved a good challenge — whether it was growing a huge garden, building a business idea, hunting for the biggest buck, or catching the biggest fish.
Most of all, his greatest passion was his friends and family. Chuck was happiest as a family man — spending time with his wife, daughter, sons, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, and grandchildren. He loved them all dearly.
Chuck never hesitated to strike up a conversation or form a friendship with anyone. He brought joy to everyone who crossed his path. Chuck will be missed by too many to count but will forever be watching over all of us.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Brocato; children, Rachel McMillan and her husband, Courtney; Charles “Trey” Brocato III and his wife, Holly; and Nick Brocato and his wife, Marlena, all of Kountze; and grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bennie, Charlie, Gentry, Jase, and Ella.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of Mr. Brocato’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2025, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 243 South LHS Drive, Lumberton. His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.

When I was in high school with your kid, you gave me so much more advice to my father ever did, and I still live to some of the things that you laid out and advise me to do which made me a great man, wealth of knowledge and truly tragic. I know you’ve affected many people. Just wish you could’ve done it for a little bit longer.
Remembering you all in my prayers. Chuck was a kind and polite person who I meet while his children were in High School. He always had a kind word to say with that big smile. He had a close loving relationship with his wife, children and grandchildren. Chuck will be remembered by alot of family and friends.

From the first time I met Chuck, we just connected like so many others. He was a kind and generous man and definitely loved life. I will miss him stopping by the office and I will miss working with him. He loved his family first and foremost. Dear Chuck I know you are in a better place, but my heart is shattered. I will see you again one day. Thank you for your friendship and sharing your family with me. What a blessing. Praying for all the family.
Our hearts are heavy with the passing of our friend and cousin Chuck. We’ll always remember our authentic spaghetti family dinners with Chuck and Pam and their beautiful family. We do realize that he’s in a much better place now but our hearts feel empty. God bless Pam and the family. We will remember you in our prayers! 🩷

So sorry for your loss. Prayers for the family.
Chuck was a great high school friend. Never saw him mad, always w a smile on his face. Always liked him as we shared the same ‘vertical challenge’ !! Chuck was one of the few friends that always called me James instead of Jamie or a**hole. Does not surprise me he was a dedicated family man, he was that type of guy.
My Heart and Prayers are With the Family.. Chuck was a Great man, Father and family man.. Ive had the privilege of Knowing him over 40 years.. He Will truly be Missed by all that knew Him.. RIP Chuck!!!

Chuck will be missed by many. He had a heart of gold. I had the privledge of knowing him for almost 50 years. Even though we had lost touch in recent years, we made a lifetime of memories in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. He was a great man. Rest in Peace my friend.
