We lost a great woman in Charlotte. She frequently commented in the obituaries of many, even on here. She was so proud of growing up in Port Arthur, of her Thomas Jefferson High School Class of 1962, and of being a teenager in the 50’s and 60’s. She sat in front of me in a class and we passed notes all year. A few years ago she sent some photos to the Class Website, tjhs62.org , and told about her life growing up in Port Arthur those days. We dedicated a page to her on our website. It’s great reading and the photos of her as a child, teenager, and teenage friends are priceless. She paints a fascinating picture of Port Arthur in those days gone by. RIP you Great Lady and Great Friend. If anyone has a problem getting into the website email me, witman101@hotmail.com.
