Charlotte Craven

Charlotte Craven, 75, of Sour Lake, died Friday, October 18, 2024. She was born on July 15, 1949, in Silsbee, to Gerald Mae Jordan and Jessie Claren Green.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Craven; children, Clifford Wayne Scott and his wife, Susan, of Sour Lake; Rhonda Rene’ Scott of Vidor; and Richard Craig Scott of Sour Lake; grandchildren, Randall Scott and his wife, Katrina, of Sour Lake; Chelsea Rene’ Scott; Jesse Hugh Scott and his wife, Jillian; James Ryan Scott; Tommy Jacob Sims; Richard Brady Scott; Tommy James Scott; and Shelby Michelle Scott; and great-grandchildren, Charlie Scott, Zachary Scott, Khristopher Scott, Jesse Scott, Jonathin Scott, Dawson Scott, Delilah Scott, Evan Scott, Kelly Scott, Izzy Scott, Landon Scott, and Gentry Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Billy Brown; sister, Shirley Porter; and grandsons, Tyler Scott and Dustin Scott.

A gathering of Mrs. Craven’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2024, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024, at The Apostolic Church of Beaumont, 3333 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze.
