Christy Stites

Christy Stites, 59, of Beaumont, died Thursday, March 5, 2020. She was born on March 30, 1960, to Linda Rae Woodcock Meza and Znon “Richard” Meza, in Port Arthur.

Survivors include her father, Znon “Richard” Meza and his wife, Stella Mae; daughter, Darla Fraley and her husband, Brandon Giacomo; son, Bobby Stites and his wife, Sara; grandchildren, Emersen Fraley, Everette Giacomo, Riley Giacomo, Porter Giacomo, Conner Stites, Madilyn Parrish, Brenden Parrish, and Bella Parrish; sister, Donna Boyher and her husband, Tim; niece, Allison Jones; nephews, Brandon Boyher and Ricky Meza; two great-nieces; and two step-brothers, Lester Clayton Smith, Jr. and George Lee Smith.

She was preceded in death by her mother; her beloved husband, Hal Stites; brother, Terry Meza; and her grandmother, Willie Mae Darden.

A gathering of Mrs. Stites’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at The Anchor of Beaumont, 6655 TX-105, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 12, 2020, at The Anchor of Beaumont, with her interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
