Clint Allen Holmes

May 22, 1965 - December 3, 2021

Clint Allen Holmes, 56, of Beaumont, passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on Friday, December 3, 2021, at home with family by his side. Clint was born on May 22, 1965, to Betty Malone Holmes and Leslie Joseph Holmes, Jr., in Beaumont.

Clint loved his family; his children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. He loved spending time fishing and camping at the beach with the kids and loved hunting at the deer camp with the guys.

During Clint’s early school years, he cultivated many relationships that became lifelong friends. He was a 1983 graduate of Westbrook High School where he was accepted by all for his contagious and upbeat personality. He will be missed by not only his family but these lifetime friends as well.

Clint’s survivors include his wife, Anjie Holmes; children, Dylan Holmes and his wife, Adrian, of Katy and Cassie Holmes Whiteley and her husband, Justin, of Alvin; siblings, Leslie Holmes Rusche and her husband, Howard of Beaumont; Cindy “Lulu” Holmes and her wife Dana Dorman of Lumberton; Ricky Holmes and his wife, Alline of Sour Lake; and Linda Holmes Jeansonne and her husband, Mark of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Avery Whiteley, Oliver Holmes, and “grandson on the way” Abram Allen Whiteley; and nieces and nephews, Trey and Angie Alvey , Amy and Dan Toler, Aerial Holmes, Elaina Jeansonne, André and Kellie  Jeansonne, Emma Alvey, Ella Alvey, Dawkins Toler, Braelynn, and Gracie.

He is preceded in death by his parents Betty and Leslie Holmes.

A gathering of Mr. Holmes’ family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
