I met Corey at work in 2009. He was a good friend. In the past two years I had the pleasure of sitting next to him at RDS. He kept me laughing every day, it was a joy to work with and be around. I had the honor to taste his famous crawfish recipe this past year, they were great! He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Susan, Tristin, his parents and family!

Corey could make any project or task fun to do at work! He had an amazing sense of humor and always kept us laughing! I can honestly say in the 12 years I worked with him I never saw him in a bad mood. He always put forth maximum effort and never complained. It will not be the same with out him and we will miss him dearly. Rest in peace brother. My life was blessed having known you. Praying for the family.

My deepest condolences to your family. I had not seen Corey in years, until Tristan’s 1st day of Kindergarten. He was so excited I had a daughter going to Kindergarten too. He laughed and said looks like we are the older ones here, my daughter Camdyn, told him, hey my mom isn’t old. lol. Corey laughed and laughed. He will be truly missed, and so will that contagious smile.

    Sincerely,

    Chantel Savoie and Camdyn Hynes
