You were my husbands first cousin. There was always laughter . I remember us spending the night at your moms and hearing you pray before we all went to sleep. It wasn’t a little now I lay me down to sleep prayer you really prayed. I had never heard a young person pray like you did. You were very special all your life. God gave you many talents and you used them. All I can say is you had to have gotten to the place of perfection and God wanted you to walk that heavenly city with Him. We loved you so very much and will miss you every day.

    Cindy Drawhorn says:

Crystal, how do I even begin to start? Our paths crossed over 50 years ago, when your brother and mother, got my family in church. You were my sister from another mister, is what I always said to you. We raised our two girls together. We’ve been there for each other through the ups and downs. You always knew what I was thinking and I always knew what you were thinking. I have a huge hole in my heart and I will miss you dearly. It’s so hard to believe this is really real. We talked about growing old together and joked about what we’d be like. When we were together, there was never a dull moment. I’m gonna miss our talks and laughs and praying for each others needs. One moment I’m ok and the next I’m crying my eyes out. I know where you’re at, you wouldn’t want to come back to this corrupt and sinful world. You are now pain free and probably visiting with a lot of past loved ones and friends and more, because you never met a stranger. I’m jealous of the angels because they are probably with you and I’m not. Go rest high on that mountain my sister/friend, your work down here is finished. I will see you again some sweet glorious day. Luv ya bunches ????????????????????????

My Heart has been heavy from the moment I heard about the battle that had been given to such a sweet person. So many good memories through the years of all of us as a group hanging out, eating, playing jokes on each other, playing games and laughing until sometimes the wee hours of the morning! Crystal always had the sweetest spirit and most genuine personality of anyone!
It has been one of my life’s privileges to have known her and been able to call her my friend, my sister in the church and my extended family! She will always be loved and missed by her family and friends!
To know her was to love her.
I know that she will be hearing God say to her, Crystal, you have fought a good fight, you have ran a good race…… now come pick out your mansion!
