Dan E. Little
Dan E. Little, 72, of Nederland, died Tuesday, July 1, 2025. He was born on November 2, 1952, in Beaumont, to Ila Iverlle Jackson and Noel Wayne Little.
Dan was blissfully married to his wife, Verna, for a beautiful 48 years. During this time he had the honor of being a father to his children. Dan also worked at Exxon Mobile as a Supervisor for many years before his retirement. When not working, he could be found going to rodeos, hunting, looking at photography, on vaction with those he loved, or listening to music.
Survivors include his wife, Verna Little; children, Michael Wayne Little and his wife, Autumn and Kelly Michelle Davalos and her fiancé, Shane Wofford; grandchildren, Emma Little, Kirsten Davalos, Trent Gower, and Xavier Heckstall; and sister, Karen Bean and her husband, Gary.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of Mr. Little’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 7, 2025, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His funeral will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow to Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother Danny. He was such a sweet nice young man, knowing from past years at PineBurr and know he was a great husband and father and grandfather . Dan was a great man who loved his wife, children and grandchildren. I ve known him for over 50 years. I will miss him greatly. May God hold him in the palm of his hands. Prayers for his family.
