Daniela Racca
Daniela Electa Racca, 45, of Winnie, died Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Christus Southeast Texas- St Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born December 18, 1975, in Winnie, to Barbara Ann Bertrand and Daniel Paul Racca. She was employed with Ritter Forrest for sixteen years as a billing clerk.
Daniela graduated with the class of 1994 from Hamshire-Fannett High School. She was an avid traveler. She loved taking cruises with family and friends, going on weekend getaways, and girl’s trips. Shopping and visiting with family and friends were two of her favorite past times. She could often be found working the saddle booth at the Winnie Texas Rice Festival. Daniela was a devoted mother, daughter, and aunt.
Survivors include her daughter, Chloe Lewis and husband, Shawn Chichester, of Winnie; mother, Barbara Manuel, of Winnie; brothers, Alton Racca and wife, Amy and Amos Racca and wife, Sherry, all of Winnie; stepsister, Shawn Manuel and partner, Aimee McMillion, of Dallas; nieces and nephews, Daniel, Gabrielle, Lillian, Jayda, Jude, Matthew Racca, and Kylor Wilber and wife, Shelbie; and great-nieces, Tinley and Laelyn Wilber.
She is preceded in death by her father, Daniel Paul Racca and stepfather, William “Billy” Manuel.
A gathering of Ms. Racca’s family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her graveside service will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.

There just aren’t any words to say how devastating and heartbreaking this is. Never saw her without that sweet contagious smile on her face. Even though we only saw each other in later years at reunions she was always so warm and kind. Loved visiting with her and she will be so missed.
