David Benoit

September 25, 1951 - January 26, 2022

The family of David Paul Benoit invites you to celebrate the life of their beloved David Paul who gained his wings Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

David is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Joyce Royer Benoit, who made their home in Winnie, Texas; son, Chad Benoit and wife, Kelli; grandson, Case; granddaughters, Callie and Colbie; and granddog, Rock, of Bastrop, Texas; daughter, Jill Benoit and granddog, Max, of Winnie, Texas; stepdaughter, Lori Hinze, of Austin, Texas; stepson, Donny Wood and wife, Jerri, of Winters, Texas; step-granddaughter, Annie Wood, of Lorton, Virginia; and extended family.

A gathering of David’s family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., with a funeral service celebrating his life at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.

Memorial Contributions may be made to David’s most cherished organization, The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews: www.ifcj.org.
