David Perritt

February 1, 1961 - January 11, 2021

David Allen Perritt, 59, of Vidor, Texas went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 11, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on February 1, 1961, in Long Beach, California, to Iris and Hubert Perritt.

David lived in Vidor, Texas for many years. He was a service mechanic in the Natural Oil & Gas Field, he worked on huge compressors out in the field and in the refineries, he spent his last 10 years in upper management in the same profession, David loved spending his time with his grandbabies. If he wasn’t keeping the grandbabies, he was either fishing or hunting. He loved the outdoors, and he loved his dogs. David was always picking on you, making us laugh. He was like a MacGyver; he could build and fix just about anything and everything. He could boil crawfish like no one else; they were always the best. David loved his family, always having the grandbabies around and watching Cocomelon with them. David loved the Lord with all his heart, and he would help anyone who needed help in any way. David has the biggest heart.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-two years, Jamie Perritt; daughters, Sabra Adkins Kosina and her husband, John and Krystl Perritt Dawn and her husband, Joe; granchildren, Jaxon Kosina (called Puddin Pop by his PaPa), Skylar Kosina (called Panda Bear by her Papa), Emma Kosina (called Arkansas Hillbilly by her Papa), Gunner Dawn and Halley Dawn; sister, Diance LeBlanc; and numerous nieces and nephews.
