Deborah M. Price

October 20, 1965 - February 2, 2026

Deborah Michelle Price, lovingly known to many as “Pim Pim,” was born on October 20, 1965, in Tyler, Texas, to Janie Lea Ramsour and Michael James Ramsour. From the moment she entered this world, Deborah carried a light that would go on to bless countless lives.

She attended French High School and later answered a lifelong calling to care for others through nursing. Deborah served faithfully as a cardiac nurse, dedicating more than ten years at Baptist Hospital, followed by a decade at the Medical Center. She concluded her nursing career at Mid Jefferson Extended Care, where she worked until the Lord called her home. Nursing was more than a profession to Deborah—it was her ministry. She served with compassion, humility, and an unwavering heart for those in need, always willing to go above and beyond.

Deborah was known for her outgoing personality, infectious sense of humor, and the bright, loving spirit she carried into every room. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and peace. She lived as a servant at heart, reflecting God’s love through both her words and her actions.

Above all, Deborah poured her love into her family. She was a devoted and steady presence in the lives of her children, always showing up, always cheering them on, and always standing firm when they needed her most. Her love did not stop there—she delighted in her grandchildren, making sure each one knew they were deeply cherished. She also opened her heart to many others, lovingly known to them as “Boom,” embracing them as her own.

In her quiet moments, Deborah found joy in reading, cooking, and challenging herself to answer every question on Jeopardy. She also enjoyed crime shows and Antiques Roadshow and was a true die-hard Dallas Cowboys Fan.

Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Michael James Ramsour and her grandparents, H.S and Janie McCollum.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Brandon Price, Samantha Simion (Dorian), Chelsea Ratcliff-Young (Travis), Jessica Hoffpauir and Diesel (her favorite child) Her legacy lives on through her beloved grandchildren, Lawson Price, Annalise Hoffpauir, Gannon Hoffpauir, Dorian Valmore and Journee Gates. She is also survived by her mother, Janie Lea McCollum Ramsour; brothers, John David Ramsour (Kristen), Daniel Ramsour (Rhonda), Moshe Ramsour (Amber), and Michael Ramsour; sisters, Mercedes Bolton (Rick), Sadie Smith (Jason); and Rebecca Chambers (Michael), along with a host of nieces, nephews and loved ones who were blessed to know and love her. Though Deborah has transitioned from this earthly life, her spirit lives on. Her love and laughter, remain woven into the hearts of all she touched. As scripture reminds us, Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden & I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 Deborah ran her race with grace, and now she rests in eternal peace.
