Dolores Courville Sterling

August 8, 1944 - April 12, 2020

Dolores “Dodie” Courville Sterling, 75, of Vidor, died Sunday, April 12, 2020. She was born on August 8, 1944, to Mildred Castille Courville and Louis Courville, in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. 

Mrs. Sterling was the Vice President of Environmental Operations for Nederland Tank Wash for the past forty-three years. She loved White Perch fishing, shopping, and spending time with her family. 

Survivors include her husband, Oliver Sterling, of Vidor; daughter Jodie Sterling and her partner, Joe Benoit, or Orange; Granddaughter, Tyler Doiron and her partner, Grant Neal, of Ann Arbor, Michigan; granddaughter, Sydney Doiron Carr, of Orange; son, Nickey Rossi, of Nederland; and grandson, Dustin Sterling.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Courville and Mildred Castille Courville; brother, Jerry Courville; and son, Gary Rossi.

Cremation arrangement were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
