Donald Warren, 87, of Sour Lake, died Friday, April 16, 2021, at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He was born on December 30, 1933, in Sour Lake, to Elvia Pelt Warren and William “Bill” Warren. Donald was a member of Pipeliners Local 798 for sixty-five years.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-six years, Dollie Warren, of Sour Lake; son, Dennis Warren and his wife, Norma, of Sour Lake; daughters, Debbie Ernst and her husband, John Tom, of Kirbyville and Donna Lummus and her husband, Jason, of China; sisters, Willie Merle Brister, of Vidor and Lois Witt, of Houston; grandchildren, Deana Flowers and her husband, Billy, of Sour Lake; Dustin Ernst and Margaret Luke, of Kirbyville; and Dalton Lummus, of China; great-grandchildren, Justin; Janson; Josh; and Jaelynn; and great-great-grandchildren, Harper and Salem.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Floyd, Raymond, and Leroy Warren.

A gathering of Mr. Warren’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Sour Lake.
