In my thirty-plus years as a teacher, administrator, and educational diagnostician, I have come in contact with many administrators of various ability. The good ones took responsibility when things went bad and gave credit when things were good, made you feel that you were working with them instead of working for them, and above all, were good teachers. Tom Thomason was one of the best. I was fortunate to have an association with him early in my career. Rest in peace, dear boss, mentor, and friend.

Laniece, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. Losing a parent is never easy and is its own unique kind of grieving pain. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Patsy, I am so sorry for the loss of Tom. I wish Johanna was still here to give you comfort and support as one of your best and longtime friend, but I'm sure he and Johanna will be dancing up a storm, free of all suffering. Love ya. Wanda Fasulo Lott

Dr. Thomason was the Administrator of Beaumont Remedial Clinic, where we worked together in the late 60's & early 70's. He was such a friendly, cordial, professional boss . From the keepsake video, it appears that he had such a wonderful, happy life. He certainly deserved it. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing.
