Duc Huu Le
Duc Huu Le, 57, of Lumberton, died Friday, December 27, 2024. He was born on October 24, 1967, in Saigon, Vietnam to Truc Pham and Nhieu Phat Le.
Duc was known for his friendly nature, ever-present smile, and boundless enthusiasm for life. He had a passion for fishing, a love for football, tending to his garden and his beloved dog, Oreo. A man with a heart of gold, Duc was someone you could always count on—whether the task was small or big, he was always there to help.
Whether he was exploring new places, belting out his favorite karaoke songs, or cheering on his team, Duc brought joy to everyone around him. Above all, he adored spending time with his grandson, who was the light of his life. His love and pride for his family were evident in everything he did, and he made every moment special for those lucky enough to know him.
Survivors include his wife, Nhi Phung; children, Kevin Le, Cindy Le, Ivy Le, and Charlie Le; grandson, Greyson Harper; parents, Nhieu Phat Le and Truc Pham; siblings, Mai Le and her husband, Dang Huynh; Tri Le and his wife, Jessica Tran; Chi Le; Bobby Phat Le and his wife, Yen Huynh; and Quyen Mickey Le; father-in-law, Thuc Phung; mother-in-law, Lan Nguyen; brother-in-laws, Huy Phung and his wife, Dung Phung; Trung Tran and his wife, Thanh Phung; Tuan Dao and his wife, Ly Phung; Randy Tran and wife, Thu Phung; Tan Phung and his wife, Theu Nguyen; and Russell Le and his wife, Doan Phung; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A gathering of Mr. Le’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. An additional gathering will begin at 5:00 p.m., with a Mass of the Dead to be celebrated at 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1115 Orange Avenue, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Beaumont, with his interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.

Dearest Le family,
We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Le. He truly was so kind, friendly and loved each of you so very much. He will be dearly missed. I pray Gods peace that passes our understanding during this time. We are here if you need anything and we love each of you dearly.
