Eddie Lloyd Conner, 71, of Sour Lake, died Tuesday, July 21, 2020. He was born on July 18, 1949 in Mariana, Arkansas to Annie Jean Hill and Edward Lee Conner. Eddie was a United States Marine Corps veteran and a carpenter.

Survivors include his sister, Betty Faye Weaver, of Sour Lake; brother, James A. Vaughan, of Sour Lake; sister, Rachal Conner, of Nederland; sister, Michelle Toups, of Beaumont; nephew, Shelton Vaughan; nieces, Julia Vaughan and Zoe Conner; nephew, Justin Vaughan; niece, Shanna Hendrix; daughter, Kim Zickerfoose, of Hemphill; great-nieces and nephews, Skyla Vaughan, Emmalyn Vaughan, Jentry Vaughan, Chase Hendrix, Tarah Hendrix, Kenda Morales, Miranda Collier, Mallory Rodriguez, Allen Toups and John Toups; great-nieces, Julianna Torres, Hannah Torres, Hayden Morales, Ava Morales and Harper Morales; and great-nephews, Trey Toups, Walter Toups, and Kane Morales

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Lee Conner; mother, Annie Jean Hill; and brother, Ben William Conner; and his wife, Anne Mae.

A gathering of Mr. Conner’s family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., followed by his funeral service at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His internment will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Sour Lake.
