Lucille Clubb
Ella “Lucille” Clubb, 91, of Hamshire, died Monday, January 19, 2026. She was born in Hamshire to Idell Cormier Garvin and James Valentine Garvin on July 22, 1934.
Survivors include daughters, Martha Harrison and her husband, Glenn, and Nina Marshall and her husband, David; son Troy Clubb and his wife, Tina; grandchildren, Brad Aucoin and his wife, Shara; Sarah Cureton and her husband, James; Aaron Marshall and his wife, Ashley; Jake Thomas Clubb, and Luke Thomas Clubb; step-granddaughter, Haley Kelly and her husband, Matthew; great-grandchildren, Hannah Aucoin, Grayson Cureston, Graham Cureston, and Miles Marshall; and great-great-grandchild, Warren Kelley.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Thomas Clubb; her parents; and siblings, Clara Craigen, Emily Fischer, and J.C. Garvin.
A gathering of Mrs. Clubb’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00p.m., Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.

I spent as much time at her house as I did my own in Jr H and High School. I thought I was the third daughter. We always had so much fun. Lots and lots of memories from my childhood. Thank you Martha, Nina, and Troy for sharing your home and parents with me. Prayers for the peace of God.

I met Ms. Lucille & Mr. Tommy at whataburger in Winnie, my dad was part of their coffee club group. I would join them once or twice a week, I loved hearing all their stories, and their years of wisdom. My dad passed in 2012 but my husband & I would go meet them for coffee. I enjoyed their company so much but now she can have her coffee with Mr. Tommy, she missed him dearly.
Rest in peace till we meet again.
