Elma Rose Jones
Elma Rose Jones, 82, of Beaumont, died Thursday, July 18, 2024. She was born on December 15, 1941, to Clara Euileard Barlow and Joseph Briffet Barlow, in Beaumont.
Elma was a devoted, hardworking mother and grandmother who would do anything for her family and those she loved. She enjoyed having conversations and never met a stranger. Her favorite color was red and made sure everyone knew so. Aside from her love for her four-legged companions, she also had a deep love for owls and elephants. She spent most of her days doing word searches and watching lifetime movies she had seen a million times already. She loved to bake and spend time painting any project her late husband John would present to her. Elma was truly selfless, she would always go above and beyond for those around her and never expected anything in return. she will be truly and deeply missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Survivors include her son, John Randall Jones, Jr. and his fiancée, Kelli Kelly, of Orange; granddaughter, Madison Jones of Beaumont; and nephew, Tommy Simoneaux of Kirbyville.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Randall Jones, Sr.; and five siblings.
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

So sorry for your loss Johnny , sending you and yours prayers. This neighborhood will miss this lady dearly, she sat outside with Rocky every evening for many many years .
