Thank you for always loving me and my little family. You never questioned or judged us. You always loved us with all your heart. I will forever have all our wonderful memories. “Loved being rocked and those long back scratches “ you and Papa were precious ones. I talk of y’all often, my family hears stories frequently about our time with you. I may not have gotten to spend as much time with you as I got older but what time I spent was cherished. I am honored to be named after you. ♥️
    Forever in my heart

Dear Lucille…we may not have seen each other much over the years …but I’ve loved you my cousin…You and Moody included Joe Ann and me in things you did with your four children….swimming….chasing firefly’s around your house at night …..Lord it was dark in Pine Ridge in the forties and fifties ….we didn’t see firefly’s in New Orleans….so we were amazed ….Thank you for the memories ….I always loved your smile …kind of impish…..Please tell Gammie hello….

Lots of wonderful memories even during Her last days! When I found out that Grandma did NOT like “yogurt”! You find the comical in every situation, especially when you are feeding Grandma her med in yogurt. This disease “Alzheimer’s” can be ugly but you find away to find humor in somethings & Grandma did just that by expelling the yogurt I just gave her all over her and I, I froze for second & she laughed & I did too & told her I loved her! I’ll miss Her but it has been a pleasure & blessing of having her for 54 years & I am very greatful for that time! Love Amy & Lynn Dorman
