Ethel Marie “Aunt Wee” Morgan
Ethel Marie “Aunt Wee” Morgan, 105, of Silsbee, died Saturday, January 7, 2023. She was born on February 24, 1917, in Noble, Louisiana, to Lucinda Meshell Lopez and Frank Patrick Lopez, Sr.
Survivors include her sister, Dell Remedies of Many, Louisiana; brother, Tommy Douglas Lopez, of Las Vegas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Morgan; five sisters; and two brothers.
A gathering of Mrs. Morgan’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her interment will follow at 3:30 p.m., at Oil Field Cemetery, Saratoga.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Silsbee Oaks Healthcare for all their loving care of Mrs. Morgan.

To all the family I want to extend our sympathy during the loss of Marie, such a Wonderful sweet lady that takes us back almost a lifetime. Our parents were such good friends and we grew to love her like our own family. She now is in the care and love of her Jack and our Lord.
