Evelyn Billinger
Evelyn Billinger, 86, of Nederland, died Friday, March 10, 2023, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. She was born February 4, 1937, in Beaumont, to Laurise Vincent Beck and Jabus Ebbie Beck.
Survivors include her children, James Ray Billinger and wife, Barbara of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Julianne Billinger Turner of Nederland; grandchildren, James Andrew Billinger; Jessica Ann Billinger; Tara Renea Hartman; James Michael McGill; great-grandchildren, Kylee Ann Hartman; James Henry Hartman; William Michael McGill; Olivia Rose McGill; and Bradley Owen McGill; sister, Beverly Ann Block; and brother, Jerry Elbert Beck.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, James Martin Billinger.
A gathering of Mrs. Billinger’s family and friends will be 12:30 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
