Evelyn Michelle Whitworth

Evelyn Michelle Whitworth, infant daughter of Carissa Dawn Chaney and Dustin Ray Whitworth, of Kountze, died Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont.

Other than her parents, Evelyn is survived by her sisters, Ava Chaney and Lesley Whitworth, all of Kountze; grandparents, Demoine and Randy Whitworth, of Conroe; Brenda Chaney, of Silsbee; and Stacey Bearden, of Dallas; great-grandparents, Sue and Larry Lair, of Gunbarrel City; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and several loving friends.

Cremation arrangements for Evelyn were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
