I have lots of fond "fishing camp" memories. Evelyn was " forever " on Ikey about one thing or another and when we were there on the weekends. Kept us all laughing. I also remember lots of card playing at their camp house and with MANY a fish fry.. Many pictures will hold lots of memories. She was always a giving and generous woman with an infectious smile for everyone. I am blessed to have gone to her birthday party and she will be greatly missed personally by my family. Love to you all, Carolyn & James Faul Danny Gallier

Always had a smile and lip stick close by, the Christmas lights in her front yard was always a treat to everyone that enjoyed them while traveling down hwy 96 but those that installed and removed was another story, never met a stranger and I enjoyed the short stories, figs and an occasional bag of satsumas R.I.P. my friend

A great lady that my path crossed as a child, youth, adult growing up at Friendship Baptist Church.. A true servant and follower of Christ. An encourager to Gayle and I as we launched out in ministry from Friendship.. My prayers of peace to the family. You all know where your mom is right now. Let's praise the Lord for this powerful blessing of hope. Thank you Jesus. Love to you all, Kevin

Dewey, Peggy and families. My heart is with you as you grieve the loss of your beautiful mom. Each time I went to to my parents house (A. B. & Edna Ruth Kelley) I would look to see if your mom was outside working. If it was during December I would look to see if she had her decorations out for everyone to enjoy. Many people that she never met loved to see her decorations. So pretty. Just as she was a pretty woman. My dad and Ikey worked together for years. My dad thought a lot of Ikey and Evelyn Odom. Cherish your memories. One day we will all be reunited . What a glorious day that will be. My prayers are with you.
