Florence Barbara Dungan

Florence Barbara “Williams” Dungan, 89, of Nederland, died Sunday, July 17, 2022, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. She was born November 7, 1932, in San Antonio.

She enjoyed crocheting, working in her yard, dining out, and caring for her grandchildren. She faithfully attended annual family reunions in San Antonio. She will be greatly missed by her fifteen year old cat, “Baby,” and two new puppies, “Munchie” and “Finn.”

Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Faulk and Kerry, and Cindy McCelvey and husband, Roger; grandchildren, Christine Stark and husband, Chase; Kelly Williams and wife, Stacie; Emily Faulk; Samuel Faulk; Shawn and wife, Tammy; Christopher; and Brent McCelvey; and great-grandchildren, Ashtyn; Camryn; Hudsyn; Lauren; Reece; Nolan; Jaime; Margot; Olive; and Emilie.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Thomas Williams.

Mrs. Dungan’s memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2022, at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 2425 Nall Street, Port Neches. Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
