Frank McMillan
Frank McMillan, 71, of Sour Lake, died Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. He was born on May 29, 1950, to Mildred Lucille Bales and William Joseph McMillan, Jr., in Atlanta, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Adele McMillan of Sour Lake; son, Joseph Daniel McMillan of Oklahoma; brother, William J. McMillan III and his wife, Shirley, of Birmingham, Alabama; sisters, Carol Ellen Waldrep and her husband, Jerry, of Buchanan, Georgia; Crystal West and her husband, Ken, of Canton, Georgia; and Mary West and her husband, Nathan, of Hickory Flat, Georgia; brother, Mark McMillan and his wife, Joy, of Buckhead, Georgia; and sister, Gina Schmidt and her husband, John, of Woodstock, Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his son, Franklin David McMillan.
His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

I am so sorry for your loss. Frank was such a fun, upbeat, full of life man and always something good cheery to say to brighten your day. I enjoyed his friendship and help early in my career.

Frank was not only a terrific court reporter, but he was also a good friend. Frank was always upbeat, and he would do anything to help the court. Frank and I went to the races in both Baytown and Ennis. We were both incurable car guys. I am very sorry Adele for your loss. My sympathy goes out to you and your family.
Oh my gosh, Adele. I had no idea. He was quite the character and wonderful neighbor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Frank was much more to me than a court reporter. He was always uplifting of energy and spirit during long trials, in Beaumont and other divisions. He was wise in the chaos of complex litigation,giving me advice in matters I might overlook. He was so much fun and I looked forward to traveling with him. He was a special , loving friend I miss.
Sorry to hear of Frank’s death. Frank worked at the US Courthouse when I worked there. He was a real nice person. Always had a smile. God welcomes a very good person.
Memories of Frank will last until we ALL see him again. May Frank rest in the peace of the Lord Jesus!
